Alderon FWP dari konstruksi berongga dan tiga dinding memiliki sifat isolasi panas (dan suara) yang baik. Di atas merupakan data sampel yang diuji dari sifat isolasi dan konduksi sebagai pembanding dengan panel dan dinding lain.
Rentang suhu dari Alderon FWP meliputi -20°C sampai 60 °C, perawatan lebih perlu diberikan saat menggunakan lembar uPVC pada suhu yang lebih rendah; uPVC lebih rentan terhadap benturan pada suhu dibawah 0°C.
Sifat Mudah Terbakar
Alderon FWP dapat memadamkan api sendiri tanpa sumber api eksternal dan memenuhi peringkat tertinggi untuk bahan atap plastik dan komposit. Di bawah Uji Mudah Terbakar UL94, Alderon FWP diklasifikasikan sebagai V-0 dengan sifat mudah terbakar rendah.

Ketika memasang Alderon FWP, balok penyangga horizontal perlu dipasang setiap ketinggian 1500mm – 1800mm dan balok vertikal untuk lebar bentang sekitar 2000mm.
Perlu diperhatikan bahwa kekuatan mekanis akan berkurang seiring waktu jika terpapar sinar matahari dan bahan-bahan kimia, dan setelah beberapa tahun (tergantung pada kondisi lokasi) direkomendasikan untuk melakukan inspeksi keutuhan struktur panel kembali.

Alderon FCP memiliki ketahanan terhadap bahan kimia yang baik terhadap berbagai bahan-bahan kimia, asam dan basa, terutama bahan kimia pengolahan karet, bahan kimia pembuatan kertas, gas/uap amonia & metana dari hewan dan limbah peternakan, bahan kimia pupuk, asap galvanis, dan lain-lain.
Proses Instalasi
- Pasang modul cladding ke struktur menggunakan sekrup roofing.
- Pasang modul cladding kedua dengan menyambungkan sistem tongue & groove.
- Ulangi langkah untuk memasang modul selanjutnya.

Alderon FWP being of hollow and triple walled construction is of good thermal (and sound) insulating properties. Above are tested sample data of insulating and conducting properties for comparison with other walls
and panels.
The service temperature range of Alderon FWP is -20°C to 60 °C, greater care should be taken when working with UPVC Sheet at lower temperatures; UPVC is less resistant to impact damage at temperatures below zero
Celsius.
Flammability
Alderon FWP is self-extinguishing without external flame source and conforms with the highest ratings for plastic and composite materials. Under UL94 Flammability Test, Alderon FWP classified as V-0 low flammability.

When installing Alderon FWP, horizontal supporting beams should be applied for every 1500 mm – 1800 mm of height and vertical beam for approximately 2000 mm span width.
Please take note that mechanical strength would reduce over time if exposed to sunlight and chemicals, and it is recommended after some years (depending on the location environment) that inspections be carried out
re the structural integrity of the panels.

Alderon FWP has good chemical resistance to a wide range of chemicals , acids and bases, especially rubber processing chemicals, paper making chemicals, animal and waste farms methane & ammonia gas/vapour,
fertilizer chemicals, galvanizing fumes etc.
Installation Process
- Install the cladding module to the structure using roofing screws.
- Attach the second cladding module from male to female with the tongue & groove system.
- Repeat the step to install the next module.
